The Bible says more about giving than Heaven, prayer, or even faith! Here are just a few examples of what God says about giving:

  1. Faithful giving draws me closer to God. "Wherever your treasure is, there your heart and thoughts will be also." Matthew 6:21

  2. Faithful giving is the key to a full life. "Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and should give generously...By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may take hold of real life." 1 Timothy 6:18-19

  3. Faithful giving blesses me in return. "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. "If you do," says the Lord Almighty, "I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won't have enough room to take it in! Try it! Let me prove it to you!" Malachi 3:10

  4. Faithful giving makes me happy. "There is more happiness in giving than in receiving." Acts 20:35

  5. Faithful giving reminds me that everything belongs to God."But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth." Deuteronomy 8:18
